Back To The Greek

If you aren't an egg person, and you like the sweeter things in life then why not try one of my favourites... Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and some crispy granola topping.

**All you need is**

Strawberries (4)

Blueberries (1 handful) 

Greek Yogurt (1 heaped spoons)

Granola topping (1 handful)

Blend your strawberries, blueberries and yogurt together to make a smoothie formula but a thick one!

Pour it into a bowl and sprinkle on your granola and if you like, slice an extra strawberry into small chunks and sprinkle these on also.

Sit down, relax and enjoy.

This handy, quick and yummy recipe will keep you going through the day.

You could even swap the granola with some extra whole fruit, split the contents into some small jam jars and take it with you to work as a snack! So easy and so so yummy!
