Start Your Day The Right Way

Not only do eggs taste great but they also help you to loose body fat!

Eggs contain plenty of protein and are a great source of energy to start your day.

Some of you may be shocked to know but eggs on toast is a lot more healthy for you than a bowl of cereal. The amount of sugar cereal contains is incredibly high and if you want to eat healthy then I would suggest eggs.

Eating eggs in the morning will keep you full until lunch. You will not feel the need to snack.

Poach It

Poaching eggs is quick and simple. Crack them in some shallow boiling water and simmer them on a low heat for about five minutes, (depending on how you like them cooked!) 

Toast some granary bread and lightly butter it, (if you can go without butter - that's even better). 

Mash a ripe avocado and spread it over your warm toast. Then place the poached eggs on top and sprinkle some pepper for seasoning. 

Grab your knife and fork and dig in!

Boil It

You can make some eggs and soldiers to start your day if that's how you like it!

Boil some eggs for 5 minutes and get some toast ready to dip into your runny yolk and you are done!

Easy? I know! 

Scramble It

Crack some eggs in a bowl, whisk 'em up with some black pepper and mix in a small teaspoon of butter.

Get the frying pan going and chuck them in, keep stirring until they are cooked the way you like them. If you like spinach then throw it in the pan while the eggs are cooking, it goes really well and the green stuff is good for you!

Have a seeded wrap ready and pile the eggs on!

A seeded wrap will keep you full until lunch and can be less bloating then bread!
