Everyone loves a stir fry and they are so easy to make! They aren't full of fat and have lots of wonderful vegetables in!

My stir fry is a tasty one to say the least! And I have been told that by many people! It is my signature dish. If you fancy a quick easy meal and want a tasty treat then this is perfect.

You can use what ever vegetables you like - throw them all in! Use whatever meat you want, (if you want meat involved!) I tend to use prawns or chicken. I do use a lot of vegetables but you don't have to use the same and you don't have to include the Bok Choi, I just think the name is great and it makes my dish sound fancy!

**My vegetable choices are**

*On the bases on cooking for two*

Baby corn

Green beans

Broccoli

Asparagus

1 chilly (depending on how much spice you like!)

1 Bok Choi

1 slice of garlic

1 packet of rice noodles

8 king prawns uncooked

So fry your meat in some olive oil, garlic and chilly until it is just cooked.

Chop up all your veg and add it to the rest of your mix.

Throw your rice noodles in and mix your concoction up! TIP: Before you open the packet of rice noodles, give them a good massage to break them up, otherwise you will find it really hard to break them up once they are in the pan!

Add some soy sauce and sweet chilly sauce (just a bit of each) for some flavour and mix it all up.
